Mr. Dwayne Stanley serves as Deputy Center Manager with the New York City Department of Parks & Recreation, where he plays a key role in managing community recreation facilities and supporting programs that promote health, fitness, and community engagement across New York City.

In this role, Mr. Stanley assists in overseeing daily facility operations, supervising staff across recreation, maintenance, and operations departments, and ensuring that programs and services are delivered safely and efficiently. He is actively involved in planning and coordinating sports programs, community events, and recreational activities designed to engage residents of all ages.

Mr. Stanley also supports community outreach efforts to increase participation in city programs and works collaboratively with other agencies to expand access to recreational opportunities for local residents.

With more than two decades of experience in recreation programming and community engagement, Mr. Stanley brings valuable expertise in program coordination, facility management, and team leadership. He holds a Bachelor of Religious Education from United Christian College in Brooklyn, New York, and is certified in Adult and Pediatric First Aid and AED.

As a member of the Board of Directors of First Central Economic Development Inc. (FCEDI), Mr. Stanley supports the organization’s mission to strengthen communities and expand opportunities for residents on Staten Island’s North Shore.
